Family Music Fest

Family Music Fest, presented by Inside the Orchestra, was a really fun time! I'm not sure L enjoyed the mass of people, but she was definitely intrigued. We arrived just as the show was starting (imagine that, my family late . . . ) and found a nice seat on the floor surrounded by other families. Because we were almost late we did not go to sit very close to the musicians and I think we all would have enjoyed being closer. We did, however, have front row seats for the classical dancer! L loved watching her and she actively tried to engage L. We went to this performance 2 weeks ago and L still imitates some of the dancers moves when she hears classical music. It was lunch time when the show ended so we did not stick around to check out all the fun booths that were set up, maybe next time.

Overall, fun experience! I recommend you arrive early so that you can be close to the musicians, unless your child is sensitive to sound.
