Thankful for my Handful

My almost 18 month old still sleeps in a crib, I know some people frown on that but she hasn't tried to climb out yet so I'm keeping it! She woke up from her nap the other day, stood up, said "mama." I responded, "I'll be right over." I bent over to pick her up and she said, very enthusiastically, "Thank you." She melted my heart . . . as she does frequently.

This made me realize how thankful I am that God blessed us with her presence. It can be so frustrating to be a mama, but those little moments make it all worth it. I know that we are doing something right!
